You are more than likely on this page as you have discovered a discrepancy between the vehicle(s) you have purchased and the BCA Assured / BCA Assured EV/Hybrid Report provided for that vehicle, and you want to make a claim.

Is my claim eligible?

If you can say yes to the following criteria then we can help with a claim:

  • I found a fault that wasn’t reported on the BCA Assured / BCA Assured EV/Hybrid Report.
  • I have had the vehicle for less than 48 hours or have driven less than 500 miles (whichever comes first) since uplifting the vehicle from a BCA centre OR from taking delivery of the vehicle transported to me by BCA.
