Which browser to use:
We recommend using Chrome or Firefox for viewing Live Online sales as we are rolling out new software that doesn’t involving having to enable Flash Media Player on these browsers. If you’re using Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge you’ll still need to enable Flash if you want to view a sale.
Until this solution is fully rolled out you may still need help enable Flash on the below browsers, if so please see below for help detail.
I'm on a desktop and can't see the video?
If you can't see the video you could be experiencing Flash Player issues or your browser might not be up to date, please follow the below steps to resolve by clicking on the link which relates to your browser.

Bidding on BCA Live Online using my iPad or iPad Mini
We are currently in the process of rolling out new software to branches which will mean that for some sites you will be able to see and hear the video on an ipad.
If you are watching a sale on a site with this new software available the video will be shown on the video box with a play button
If you are watching a sale on a site that does not have the new software you will see this message below in the video streen box. Any catalogue changes that may affect your buying decision will be broadcast via the Message Clerk message box located in the bottom right of the bidding page.
I am using Google Chrome or Firefox browser on the iPad / iPad mini but Live Online won’t allow me to access the site
We currently only support Safari on iPads and iPad mini. You can of course use a wider range of browsers on the desktop site.
I have a non-Apple tablet e.g. Samsung, Sony, Nexus. Can I still bid on vehicles using my tablet?
Unfortunately BCA Live Online only works on iPad and iPad mini tablets at the moment. If you do not have an iPad or iPad mini we suggest you log in to your BCA Live Online account using a laptop or desktop computer.
Is the new iPad / iPad mini version of BCA Live Online free?
Yes, the new version of BCA Live Online will automatically load when you log into your BCA Live Online account using an iPad or iPad mini.
Everything seems slow and the site is not working smoothly or at all
If you are experiencing latency with the site, you may need to check your network connection. If you are connected to the internet via a 4G or 3G signal/network, you may experience slower connection speeds. For an optimal experience we recommend connecting to a Wi-Fi network.

Bidding on BCA Live Online via my desktop
Everything seems slow and the video is not playing smoothly or at all
The video picture and sound should be visible if you click on the play icon in the BCA Live Online bidding tabs. If the video does not play or the sound is not clear, you should check your connection is fast enough. For an optimal experience we recommend a minimum of 1mbps connection speed.
I am connecting to BCA Live Online through an office network
If you connect to the internet through a company or office network, you will probably be sending and receiving data through a 'Firewall'. There may be certain amendments to your network in order for BCA Live Online to work smoothly. Your network administrator should contact the BCA Live Online team to obtain further details at email@example.com or call 01530 279120.

I can't get to the BCA Live Online website
If you are having trouble getting to the site please check you are using the right URL. The correct website address is: https://www.bca-online-auctions.co.uk/.
BCA Live Online might not work with your web-browser
